New Coaches At City

Adelaide City FC would like to announce the appointment of four new junior boy’s coaches for the 2017 season.

Coming from varied backgrounds, all bring a raft of skills, experience and knowledge to the club in the core role of junior development. They will provide further depth and expand on the existing talent pool of quality coaches.

The club now has all twelve junior boy’s teams coaching positions filled in the age groups u12 to u17 for the 2017 season.

The new coaches are:

u17 JPL Riccardo Moro – a coach we are bringing out from Italy, Riccardo will manage our u17JPL team with Vincenzo Spatola, as well as providing specialist junior coaching across the grades.

U16 JPL Sam Aukland – the current FFSA U16 Girls STIC coach, Sam moves to Adelaide City FC from South Adelaide and will look after our u16JPL boys.

u15 JSL Harrison Modra – Harrison moves to Adelaide City from Cumberland United where he coached their u15 girls team in 2016 and will be u15JSL coach. 

u14 JPL Will Cutts – a passionate student of the game, Will has come from coaching at Pembroke School, Pembroke Old Scholars, SAPSASA District and Adelaide United’s schools program.

Giulio Cirillo and Carmine Maio will make a return to coaching their own teams after a number of years assisting the coaches.

  • U12JSL – Elson Abat and Beni Cirocco

  • U12 JSL Development – Rick Ceracchio

The quality of coaches Adelaide City FC has been able to attract and keep bodes well for progress and player development in 2017.

The club extends a warm welcome to those joining, and extends it’s appreciation to all 2016 and 2017 coaches.
